Travel Arrangements

All meeting attendees will make their own travel arrangements AFTER being notified whether or not their registration has been accepted (on or about August 8). Again, please wait until you learn your acceptance status (yes/no, grant/no grant) before booking any travel, as your status may affect your decision to attend the meeting. AST will not reimburse any travel expenses if you book prior to notification and then opt to not attend the meeting.

Airport

The closest airport to the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center is the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW).

Transportation

Complimentary round trip transportation between the conference center and DFW Airport operates 24 hours a day. You will secure your shuttle service by completing the online accommodations form with your flight information. Complete shuttle information will be sent to attendees prior to the meeting. It is recommended that attendees utilize the free shuttle service as AST will NOT cover alternate transportation between the airport and the conference center.
